Seit 2014 ist Li Teil der Berliner Musikbranche. Zu Beginn noch DIY-Veranstalterin, entwickelte sie sich schnell zur Allrounderin im Booking, Merchandise-, sowie Artist-, Event- & Tourmanagement und arbeitete in Berlin wie London als Label Assistant bei Domino Records. Sie gibt einen Selbstvermarktungskurs an der Berliner Volkshochschule, ist als Speakerin für Themen wie Metal, Social Media und Marketing zu Gast in verschiedenen Panels und verbindet FLINTA*s in Stammtischen als Mitglied des queerfeministischen Vereins fæmm. Im Januar 2024 begann sie als Marketing- & Salesmanagerin bei METAL HAMMER und startete ein Jahr später nebenher als Bookerin im neuen MODUS Berlin. Seit diesem Sommer findet man sie als Head of Brand & Artist Relations bei Loud Society, einer globalen Rock- & Metal-Plattform, für die sie nun ihr internationales Netzwerk erweitert.
Li has been part of Berlin’s music scene since 2014. Starting out as a DIY event organizer, she quickly became an allrounder in booking, merchandise, artist, event, and tour management, and worked as a label assistant at Domino Records in both Berlin and London. She teaches a self-promotion course at the Berlin Volkshochschule, regularly appears as a speaker on topics such as metal, social media, and marketing at various panels, and brings FLINTA*s together as a member of the queer-feminist association fæmm. In January 2024, she began as marketing and sales manager METAL HAMMER and, a year later, also started as a booker at the new venue MODUS Berlin. Since this summer, she is head of brand & artist relations at Loud Society, a global rock and metal platform, where she is now expanding her international network.
